Bee Well was built by educators and wellbeing specialists who kept seeing the same thing: schools running good programmes that never talked to each other. We exist to connect them.
Schools rarely lack care. What they lack is a way to see all of it at once — the counsellor, the canteen, the sports programme, the pastoral team — and to know whether it adds up to a student actually being well.
Bee Well started as consulting work with a handful of Jakarta schools and grew into a single assessed framework that a school can run year after year, rather than a series of one-off workshops.
We assess first and prescribe second. Every engagement follows the same four stages, so schools know what they are committing to before they start.
We audit what the school already runs across all framework areas, and survey students and staff.
The audit becomes a single picture of strengths, gaps and overlaps, presented to school leadership.
We design the year's programme around the gaps, using the school's existing people and resources first.
We re-assess at the end of the cycle, so the school can see movement rather than assume it.
Schools ask this before they ask anything else, so it's worth answering here rather than in a first call.
